We love our new house, the neighborhood, and how everything worked out. It was a process figuring out exactly where we wanted to be, especially since we weren’t too familiar with the area, and Lauren was committed to helping us navigate that process. No shortcuts or pressure, just someone willing to work with us to sort out exactly what we wanted and needed. She is patient, dedicated, highly responsive, extremely knowledgeable about the area and our options, and was very receptive to our feedback and accommodating of our schedules. We really felt like she had our best interests at heart throughout the entire journey and was advising and advocating for us with genuine care. Even when it came to matters outside her direct responsibilities, she was happy to help however she could and connect us with trusted contacts, who have also made us feel like we’re in great hands. This was a very stressful situation for me, being out of state, having just purchased a home, and had to move, I had a lot in my plate! Lauren was not only SO VER KIND (truly representing Southern hospitality!) but she was also very, very knowledgeable about literally everything! My sale was an investment property, so it wasn’t just the home, it was the furnishings as well. Lauren contacted someone to handle the estate sale, she supervised some repairs that needed to be done, I don’t know how I would’ve been to do this without her help.
