Taylors is worth a separate look

That said, 36.9% of Taylors homes went under contract within two weeks, the Real Estate Data Aggregator shows. And 14.5% sold above list price, up 2.7 points from a year ago. The price dip does not mean buyers have walked away. Taylors has real draw, including Taylors Mill, a converted textile works with artist studios, a retro arcade lounge, ax-throwing lanes and print shops. People know what they are getting.
